Coconut

 The coconut tree is known as the "Tree of Life" because of its many uses and the value it has to people. Rooted Farm grows Dwarf Tacunan and Aromatic coconut varieties for the production of coconut sugar and coconut syrup which has low glycemic index compared to sugar cane.

Niyog, a mature coconut has a brown exterior and can be made into milk or cream. Buko, a young coconut has a green exterior--open one up for instant hydration! 

At Rooted Farm, we have been growing our coconut trees since 2018, and now have approximately 700 dwarf coconut trees, and 200 tall coconut varieties.
